Neronis AI LLC ("Neronis," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website neronis.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the Site or submit information through it. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you fill out a form on the Site (for example, to request a Tractus trial or to ask about a local AI setup), we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, company name, email address, and any message you include. The cost calculator also sends the inputs you entered along with your enquiry. If you book a call, Calendly collects the information needed to schedule it under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your use of the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

We use the information we collect to:

  • Service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as form processing (Web3Forms), website hosting (Cloudflare), scheduling (Calendly), website visitor identification and contact management (Apollo.io and Leadsy.ai), and font delivery (Google Fonts). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety purposes, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neronis, our users, or others.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including scripts from Apollo.io and Leadsy.ai, to recognize returning visitors, understand traffic, and identify the companies that visit the Site. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
